TORRE DELLA SAPIENZA is a hillside farming
estate, owned by the Faina family for
almost two centuries and spread
over 100 hectares of land just
out of Marsciano, a small
town located right at the
centre of Umbria region.
Property grounds are
covered by fields of cereals,
sun flowers, olive and walnut
groves, more than 10 hectares
wooded land and a secluded pond.
LA VOLPE is an old stone farmhouse,
carefully restored in 2005, enjoying a
dominant position near the top of the hill,
with extended views all around.
It's now a comfortable home of approx. 400 sq mtrs on
two floors, with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 13 people.
